About this house rental
This contemporary home sits on a sunny, secluded 1.4-acre in the Northwest Woods and was built for enjoyment. Spend your days relaxing around the 20' x 40' in-ground heated pool that is warmed by the summer sun from morning until late afternoon. The bay beaches are within walking distance and (East Hampton village is a short drive) provide the perfect place to watch the sunset. Come evening, gaze at the stars on the sprawling Mahogany deck complete with hot tub, multiple seating areas, outdoor fire place and built-in Viking grill. Wake up the next morning to find some Zen time in the backyard pergola that provides a perfect spot to practice your morning yoga routine or to find a little quiet time in the shade.
The house itself offers over 2200 square feet of sundrenched living space, with four bedrooms (two on the main level, two upstairs) and three baths, a finished lower level that has a TV room/den. Newly refinished oak floors flow throughout the home. All of the indoor and outdoor furniture is brand new and very modern. The house comes fully equipped with Nest, high bandwidth WiFi, Sonos music (in-house and deck/pool), two 60" TVs, DVD/BlueRay, AppleTV.

Fees:
Security Deposit -- 10% of rental price
Cleaning fee $250 per week + additional cleaning can be arranged at renter's expense.

The house was in top notch condition at our arrival. Lots of space to spread out inside and so much to do outside as well. Our kids loved ping pong and swimming in the pool the best. We also enjoyed morning runs and walks to the beach. Really hope we can book again next summer!

Amazing vacation with friends and family in this gorgeous spacious home that is beautifully appointed and immaculate. There is plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful pool, hot tub and deck. Aman and his wife were gracious hosts and very responsive. We highly recommend this rental property and look forward to booking again.
