This ground-floor accommodation rests within the village of Caergeiliog and sleeps up to four people, in two bedrooms.
Falconers Cottage is a superb, ground-floor accommodation, situated three miles from the village of Caergeiliog. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom uses a shared dressing area and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a well-equipped kitchen and an inviting sitting/dining room. To the outside, you will find ample off-road parking and shared use of the owner’s gardens. Falconers Cottage is an ideal cottage for an enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, selection of books and games, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Shared use of owner’s gardens. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Although the accommodation is ground floor there are some internal steps. Note: Access to the dressing room, shower room and twin bedroom is via the double bedroom. Note: The twin room is made up of a 3' single bed and a pull out 2' 6" guest bed, this could also be made up as a double bed on request. Note: Children to be supervised due to the brook and lake.Property is a short drive/ cycle only 5 miles to the coast. Note: There is a secure garage area that can be used for the storage of bikes

Town: Caergeiliog is a small village resting within close reach to the scenic west coastline on the Isle of Anglesey, between Trearddur Bay and Rhosneigr. Within the surrounding location you will find a sweep of low grassy coastline with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches. Whilst here, you will find opportunities for watersports, bathing, fishing, sailing, windsurfing and plane spotting.
