Easy to check in after arriving back in Rome at the end of our trip for an early flight home the next day. The host is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this place if you're looking to stay close the aiport.
Restaurants were mostly closed in the area, but this is not the property's issue. It would just be nice if there was more selection, as we ate at the same place during both separate nights that we stayed, because it is the only place we could actually find open.

Great location near the airport and the beaches too. Calm, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Great host, very attentive. The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms with a queen, double twin and single twin beds, very comfortable. 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen too.

Good size
Toilet not working and given a bucket to flush it. Electrical socket loose in kitchen. Exposed electrical wires in bathroom. Loose door trim in bathroom and bedroom. No plug in kitchen sink. Kettle was missing its lid. Cockroach infestation in outdoor bins.
