A comfy, spacious, and spotlessly clean house with an ideal downtown location and a private hot tub on the back deck. The only thing that would’ve made our stay better was more snow. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic skiing and ski up property with Rome for the whole family. Very convenient to downtown restaurants with only 2 flights of stairs. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great location for ski on/ski off and access to skiing amenities and downtown. The home was well stocked with basic needs and super clean. Loved our stay.

The location of this property was very convenient, and communication with Dave was prompt and helpful.That said, a few details could be improved. Some of the dishes and cups didn’t seem fully cleaned, and we noticed a couple of small things like hair ties on door knobs and some stains on the furniture. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and a different type of sheet might make for a better night’s sleep.We also didn’t realize that many homes in Park City don’t typically have air conditioning, so it was warmer indoors than we expected. Overall, it worked out fine for lodging, and with a little more attention to comfort and cleanliness, it could be a really great stay.
