Location! Within a 1 minute walk to the water. Lovely neighborhood. Friendly and helpful owners. Nice apartment with extras ( soaps, shampoos, coffee).

We had such a great stay at Sandy’s apartment this weekend! It comes furnished with everything you need and Sandy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved having access to a private beach which is very empty in the morning. It got busier in the afternoon which is high tide and it’s not as rocky when getting into the water. Guilford is such a beautiful area too with some cool local spots. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key beach getaway. We’re planning on coming back soon!

Lovely quiet safe location, short walk to beautiful shoreline. Homely feel, coffee pods and milk provided. Friendly helpful host. Parking spot.
Host ask us this, could not think of anything. Have now thought hand towel and drying cloth in kitchen would be good.
