L’appartement était propre, grand, bien meublé avec des lits très confortables. Il était bien situé avec une voiture, car au calme et central sur l’île (30 min de Palma, 40 min de Sóller et 40 min de Formentor). Chaque pièce était équipée de Clim.
La vue de la terrasse n’était pas terrible car arrière d’autres bâtiments. Il n’y avait qu’une seule poêle sur quatre compatible avec la plaque de cuisson.

The apartment is nice and modern, with a good kitchen. It includes everything that we wished for. If you're looking for good value near the mountains, the location is very good.
It is on a fairly busy street, so it can be noisy. Bedroom windows are to the street.

Nice modern apartment just five minutes walk to the centre of Binissalem.
When we turned up the apartment hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. There was also no cot despite this having been requested. It was our baby’s bedtime but we had to keep her up for a couple of hours while a cot was brought and the apartment was cleaned.
