Super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Kleiner Balkon.
Strip Club unten im Haus, sollte man wissen, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Haus abends unten etwas schummrig, aber ich hab mich sicher gefühlt. Etwas mehr Licht im offenen Innenhof samt Treppen wäre super. Abends waren im Oktober manchmal die Clubs zu hören, aber für mitten in Agia Napa ruhig.

Very friendly and responsive owner of the apartment. Was possible to make a bit later check out.
The location is very close to the city centre ( shops, restaurants, bar street)
Can hear music from the bar street. But if you switch on air conditioning it’s fine) Or just party there;)
No elevator, but the host was very helpful )
A bit far from Nissi beach (30 minutes walk). But you need to choose either to live closer to the city centre or to the beach

- large open space
- host is very responsive to messages (which is useful because front door is hard to open - need to pull the handle towards you as you twist key)
- air con is excellent
- great amenities (fridge freezer, washing machine, pots to cook with)
- comfy bed (but interesting choice in sheets, clashing colourful patterns)
- very cheap stay
- water pressure is very bad, it would take me about 30 seconds to fill my 1L bottle of water. Showering takes a long time
- balcony door lock doesn’t work, needs fixing
- decor is a bit tacky (live laugh love aesthetic everywhere), I think more neutral decorations would work better
- floor was a bit dirty, found an old tissue under the bed
- above a strip club (although you can’t hear it) and feels quite unsafe walking up to apartment as it is dimly lit
