We stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a private bathroom. It is part of a four-bedroom apartment rather than a separate apartment, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. There is a lot of parking places in front of the building. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area for a few days.
The only thing worth mentioning is that, since the apartment is shared, you may occasionally hear guests staying in the other rooms. However, this wasn't an issue for us, as the other guests were very quiet.

Breakfast was good but had to be consumed in the bedroom (Covide rules?!?), with no proper dining table. At the end with had breakfast in bed.

The B&B is located on the last floor (no elevator) of a social housing building. Everything was safe and quite, but not very central and for sure not fancy.
