The STAIRS!!!! This was the only minus about this property, literally no breath until upstairs😅 Mariapia was so kind to help us with the luggage at the arrival, much appreciated 🥰 Though if you are a gym person this will be the perfect workout after dinner. The plus in this is that you HAVE to schedule your day in order to need just one time to climb that stairs 😃

Best terrace in town

Perfect outdoor space in the best town in the area. Every thing you need is just down the stairs. The apartment had good amenities.

Fabulous! Loved quiet Minori! Such a peaceful place and a wonderful break!

Zaffiro House was a welcome respite from the touristy Amalfi Coast. My friends and I loved sitting on the rooftop patio to relax and enjoy the views -- the water and the lights of Ravello up in the hills. We also enjoyed the roosters crowing in the morning and the peacefulness of the location. We hung our laundry out just like the locals! Loved this place!!!!!

The only drawback was the 170 stairs we had to climb to get into the house. We're in-shape 67-year-old women and handled them fine, but we weren't aware of this when we booked. (I'd still stay again!!! :)) The owner helped us get our luggage in the door and fortunately, we were traveling with only carry-on bags. In many ways, the stairs were part of the charm, just heads-up if anyone has mobility issues.

A special place

We met the owner Mariapia near the apartment. She is a lovely genuine person who showed us around and how everything worked.She even helped with the luggage. The apartment is beautiful and in a lovely location and not overlooked.The large terrace is fantastic day and night. We only used one of the bedrooms and the bed was huge and very comfortable.The apartment has AC units for heating and cooling if needed. It’s the most well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in and would not hesitate in booking again. It a few minutes walk into the centre of lovely Minori which you get buses or ferries to all the towns along the Amalfi coast. There are quite a few restaurants in Minori and Mariapia was always at hand to recommend which ones to dine at. My wife and I had a lovely holiday and would love to stay there again.

Minori was a great little town but easy to get to all the other towns along the coast. Our apartment and host were great

Had an amazing deck overlooking the valley and the water. Comfy bed. Very clean. The apartment offered everything we needed. Our host was very helpful. Arranged parking for us and gave us some tips on where to eat.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Exceptional

With this apartment you will make the right choise! Very clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen has all the nessessary accessories. It was very hot outside, but all rooms have air conditioning. Althought the apartment is located on the hill and the stair to the home is long, the view that shines from the balcony to the mountains and the sea is simply super. Hostess Mia Pia is very caring and kind. Always helped and gave advice. The reception was very very warm.

The apartment in Minori was the perfect location showing us the real Amalfi way of life.

The host left us with lots of essentials for the kitchen, she made coffee on arrival, the views were wonderful and Maria (the host) went out of her way to provide vegan items for my daughter.

The only problem we had was the ants on the terrace, but that’s a force of nature, which is had to kerb.

amazing stay in Amalfi - great location, sweet host

Our host was amazing!! She helped us carry our luggage from our bus stop to the house and brought us breakfast and coffee when it rained one day during our stay. She was very accommodating and kind. The place was amazing as well! It was so cozy, and we enjoyed having wine on the balcony with the best view. It was in a great location…about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the ferry/bus stop. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Love this place - well equipped and amazing view!

Wow, the view from this terrace was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms were big and had AC. Mariapia was an amazing host who helped us find great parking, a lovely restaurant and she helped us with the luggage. There are some steps to get up to the apartment but 100% worth it. Looking forward to visiting Minori and Zaffiro house again. Thank you Mariapia!

Well, the only negative thing about the apartment was the steps. But they are worth it and also a good way to get a small workout after all that pasta you'll be eating ;)

Zaffiro house is wonderful. The terrace is unique and the views amazing.The apartment is spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable, plenty of space. good facilities. Minori is a lovely town too. Mariapia is an excellent and kind host. We would love to return someday

Myself and my daughter spent 5 nights here,we arrived late at night, Gorgio met us brought our bags up the steps to the apartment. We received a very warm welcome, the apartment was very comfortable and spotless clean, very well equipped, the balcony was fantastic.We were delighted with the accomodation, everything as advertised, many steps up to the apartment. Thank you very much, very good location, so near to restraunts, shop, ferry, etcThe owner was very kind to have some food left in the fridge for us as we arrived late and gave a little gift on departure to remember our time in Minori. I would definitely return and stay there.

Fantastisk terrass med vacker utsikt

Vi älskade verkligen den här terrassen, med utsikt över Minori och citronodlingarna. Så fort man klev ut här blev man alldeles lugn och avslappnad, hade kunnat sitta här i timmar och bara njuta av att ta in omgivningarna. Här spenderade vi flera kvällar, utan insyn, vy mot Ravello på andra sidan dalen och till ljudet av kvittrande fåglar. Stort och bekvämt (vi var bara två personer så vi använde inte ett sovrum, men även om vi varit fyra hade vi haft gott om plats). Skön säng, bra AC och välutrustat kök. Bra dialog med värden på Whatsapp innan, vi fick checka in tidigare och blev visade till boendet. En bra minimarket finns precis nedanför trapporna, rekommenderas.

Många trappsteg upp, men det ger också utsikten och avskildheten, så är man bara förberedd på det är det inget problem. Det som drar ner betyget: massa myror och flugor vid ”takfönstret” i badrummet, och en riktigt smutsig tvättmaskin som luktade äckligt och var full med avlagringar, så vi fick lägga massa tid på att försöka göra rent den för att våga tvätta våra kläder.

Una propietaria muy amable y la casa genial

El alojamiento exactamente igual que las fotos. La propietaria super amable. Teníamos en el apartamento café, tostadas. Mantequilla, Mermelada y té para el desayuno. la estancia ha sido estupenda, muy recomendable. Como en todas las poblaciones de la costa de Amalfi para llegar al apartamento, hay que subir escalones., no obstante, salvo si tienes problemas de movilidad, los escalones no son ningún impedimento. La propietaria nos buscó un parking donde dejar el coche durante los dos días de nuestra estancia .
