THALASSA VIEW RESIDENCE

It was absolutely perfect. Enough kitchen equipment. Stunning balcony views and the sunsets right infront of it. Rooms and property immaculate and cleaned daily with bed changed, towels, tea towels. Location was perfect 2 minute walk into the strip of lassi full of restaurants. And 5 min walk into argostoli. Just 2 mins walk is a place to rent mopeds and quads. And a small supermarket 1 minute walk and a larger one with more things 5 minutes walk into lassi. Stunning beachs nearby literally a 2 minute walk away. Highly reccomend hiring an ATV and visiting Antisamos, assos, fiskardo, myrtos and petani. One of my best holidays ever.

My only changes.. a full length mirror. Comfier sofa as its to thin to relax on. And hardly any storage for clothes for 2 people. But.. these were so minor. I would stay here again definately.

Location is a little away from main centre

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Parking was also available which was very convenient as we had a car. A fantastic place to stay – we would happily return!

The only downside was the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable as we could feel every spring.

The location is great, comfortable walking distance to beaches & Argostoli (if you are quite fit - there are some steep patches). The balcony of the flat was nice & big, with an amazing view - perfect for sundowners or yoga! The flat was big & comfortable, with sound-proofed windows & block-out curtains in the room. The host left us a bottle of wine & Greek sweets as a welcome gift, which was very nice.

The main reason for my 6 rating was the sewerage smell of the apartment - there was clearly a plumbing issue that was flagged to the host a few different times, but it was not sufficiently dealt with. The cleaning lady tried to use drain cleaner, but it didn’t work… it was very unpleasant to constantly have this smell. The host didn’t follow up with us to see if it was fixed, even though we asked for a professional to come sort it out. The additional pillows provided were very hard & uncomfortable, but the cleaning lady was very helpful in switching them out.
