Odlična lokacija, blizu pešačke zone, starog grada i samog jezera, u blizini je i market. Prostor je mali, ali lepo organizovan, za porodicu sa dvoje dece bez problema. Domaćini su ljubazni i sve može da se lako dogovori. Stan je malo uvučen sa ulice, pa je mirno, bez buke i galame sa ulice. Kuhinja je solidno opremljena, internet, klima, kablovska na raspolaganju, imate peglu, fen, usisivač...
Stan nema svoj parking, već postoji opcija parkiranja na ulici, a gazde vam regulišu dnevnu kartu. Ipak, nije uvek lako naći mesto u samoj ulici. Fali par stolica terasu, da ne morate da iznosite i unosite dve postojeće.
