We had a great stay at this apartment. The check-in process was smooth and very convenient - the host was almost invisible, communicating efficiently via Booking or WhatsApp. We appreciated the flexibility, especially since everything was arranged remotely. The keys were waiting in a secure lockbox, so we could arrive at our own pace without hassle. Our first impression of the apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed with a bottle of virgin olive oil on the table and chilled mineral water in the fridge - an appreciated gesture. The apartment itself is extremely spacious, with two bathrooms (each with its own boiler) and two separate toilets, which made our stay very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrace with a stunning view, accessible from two of the bedrooms and even a storage room. It’s a perfect place to relax in the morning or evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, but the real bonus was the gas grill - we used it several times and really enjoyed it.

If we had to mention one downside, it would be that there is only one AC unit, located in the kitchen. Given the size of the apartment, it struggled a bit to cool down the entire space during hotter parts of the day. Overall, a fantastic apartment that we’d definitely recommend and would gladly return to!

The sea view was great from the balcony. Beaches are close, even if you choose a wild one, approx 10-15km by car. Restaurants, shops by walking distances, 15-20 min

Some mosquito nets will be useful in the future, at night it is a nightmare also indoor. We chose the apartment because it was mentioned as a 4 bedroom(6 adults), but at the arrival only 3 of them were open. It was not mentioned that we will have only 3, this issue created a discomfort for us.

The apartment has a beautiful view, 3 large bedrooms with large beds, 2 bathrooms. The beach is quite close to about 800 m. There were no crowds on the beach.

I rent out an apartment myself through booking, so I know what customer service is and how the apartment should look like for renting. There are several things and that where far from a good service. I would never choose this object again. These are the reasons - you need to be careful because the rules that are shown on the booking do not have coverage in reality at the apartment - the check-out time is freely determined by the owner, not as on the booking - the owner is a person focused on drawing extra money from guests. She earnt less money than she expected because we did rezervation by booking so she wanted to compensate the loss in other way. That is why: - Owner charged us 50 euros for a week for a dog. - On departure day the Owner did not give us back 50 deposit because of cracked fridge drawer for vegetables, which we supposedly broke (drawer costs approx 25 euro) - Owner was checking the dishwasher for leftovers and pointed out that we left dirty dishes inside. We have no idea what that was about. -moreover the Owner argued that we did not clean the apartment, on booking cleaning was included. It is clear to us that deposit is not a cleaning fee. So be careful because the deposit will not come back to you - in wardrobes to put things, clothes we had to clean the shelves because they were dirty, - beds in two of the three bedrooms were uncomfortable - the owner took photos of some of our ID cards on arrival which is not allowed by new EU rules. After some discussions we agreed on writing down other IDs. - we did not get a receipt of payment Additional info, there are 3 exits from rooms to the terrace. Living room is not connected directly to the tarrace. We are dissapointed with the last day of our stay which ended in a huge argument with the Owner.
