Quando siamo entrati in questo appartamento la mia esclamazione é stata "é incantevole!" e lo ribadisco. Un appartamento storico nel pieno centro di Alba finemente curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e dotato di ogni comfort. Nonostante sia in pieno centro l'appartamento é silenzioso. É stato come sentirsi a casa!

Ottima posizione, molto comodo l'ascensore e ben fornita la struttura. Letto comodo e splendida visuale sui tetti. L'appartamento è caratteristico, accogliente e molto caldo in inverno.
Qualche imprecisione nelle pulizie (cestino del bagno con confezione di lenti a contatto evidentemente degli ospiti precedenti, doccia con qualche capello), l'assenza di un bollitore elettrico, l'indisponibilità di scopa e paletta. Anche l'assenza di porte tra camera da letto e soggiorno non è sempre comoda in base alla conformazione del gruppo di viaggiatori.
