Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Small but comfortable “one room” apartment with everything you need; even a fully equipped kitchen! You sleep in a pull out sofa-bed; nothing special but I slept very well.
The television didn’t work; didn’t seem connected. App to owner resulted in him “asking a friend to pop in after work tonight” as he himself was abroad. That evening, I stayed home on purpose, no friend, no message, still no TV. The following 2nights no more message; so no TV during my stay. I think this a lack of customer service and customer care.

Der Eigentümer kann mit fast zentraler Lage und trotzdem nächtlicher Ruhe punkten. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in Ermangelung der Fahrradgarage (ohne Kritik der Nachbarn) im Hausflur abstellen. Danke.
Das Möbelstück 'Doppel-Schlafsofa' sollte man wegen seiner Instabilität mal überdenken... Der Blick auf den Hinterhof ist definitiv nicht erquickend: Taubenkot in Haufen, dreckig... Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes recht laute Bauarbeiten im Haus, die uns vorher nicht angekündigt wurden. Und mind. eine Rolle Toilettenpapier (als Reserve) sollte bei dem Zimmerpreis schon noch mit zur Verfügung stehen.
