This is the second time for us within one month . We came back again because its Excellent hotel.
Mr Sameer front manager was very helpful and friendly. He is very professional, also Ms Zomrud relationship assistant was very kind and very professional, she helped us very much.also Me Sameer restaurant manager with his friendly and kind team were very generous ,the service and the breakfast was super .

I had a wonderful stay at Midtown Hotel. The hospitality and service were excellent throughout my visit. My sincere appreciation goes to Mr. Sameer, Front Desk Manager, for his professionalism and warm welcome; Mr. Sameer, Restaurant Manager, for the outstanding dining experience; and Ms. Zomroud from Guest Relations for her kindness and exceptional care. There was no one to help us with the luggage when we arrived. The receptionist asked us to carry it ourselves. There were issues with hot water.

Everything is low quality. Everything.
Food is diverse, but the ingredients are the cheapest you can get. Menemen tastes like it was made with ketchup instead of tomatoes.
We wanted to take our breakfast in the room because the waiters were very loud and our baby couldn't sleep. First they only let us take food, didn't allowed us to also take coffee. We asked for coffee to go (as we saw they have paper cups) but they said that they run out of paper cups, but they will allow us to take ONE coffee glass in the room, for two people.
There's no hair dryer in the room, there was only one tiny set of shampoo/shower gel for two people, the toilet paper is as smooth as sand paper, the carpet in the room is so dirty that our feet turned black after walking on it.
We were called an hour before the check out to remind us to do the check out. We complained about this policy, as this unnecessary phone call woke the baby, but the lady either didn't understand English, or just didn't care.
All in all, it was a typical Azer experience. Bad. Never again. Nor the hotel, or the country.
