    From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. They anticipating my arrival and upgraded my room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast spread were amazing with lots of choice. Zumrud made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. They also surprised me with wine and pastry in my room. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Baku again.

    Very good hotel, delicious breakfast, the gym is perfect and there was most of the machines Spa and hamam i didn't enter sadly 😪 I hope in the next time

    The hotel is located about 20-minute walk from the Fountain Square and Old Town, with several supermarkets conveniently located nearby. The room was huge and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Shower was fantastic! All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Dasha's friendly attitude at breakfast.

    Everything is low quality. Everything. Food is diverse, but the ingredients are the cheapest you can get. Menemen tastes like it was made with ketchup instead of tomatoes. We wanted to take our breakfast in the room because the waiters were very loud and our baby couldn't sleep. First they only let us take food, didn't allowed us to also take coffee. We asked for coffee to go (as we saw they have paper cups) but they said that they run out of paper cups, but they will allow us to take ONE coffee glass in the room, for two people. There's no hair dryer in the room, there was only one tiny set of shampoo/shower gel for two people, the toilet paper is as smooth as sand paper, the carpet in the room is so dirty that our feet turned black after walking on it. We were called an hour before the check out to remind us to do the check out. We complained about this policy, as this unnecessary phone call woke the baby, but the lady either didn't understand English, or just didn't care. All in all, it was a typical Azer experience. Bad. Never again. Nor the hotel, or the country.
