    Everything in the room was working, newly refurbished room. There's bakery and restaurant in hotel, bakery making fantastic buns with creamy cheese filling! Within walking distance to Simon Bolivar square. Recommend

    It was a nice place to stay and heart of the city, staffs were very helpful and polite.most of the tourist attraction were only walkable distance, I will be planing to go Caracas again and I will stay only El Arroyo.
