About this house rental
Close to Trilith (ex Pinewood) Studios, ON A LAKE!!!!, beautiful views and very peaceful. Expect some wildlife. A newer family home. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms .Huge king master & two single bedrooms on first floor with Separate queen bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs- Full size bunks in one room (designed for kids) plus full sized bed and small sofa in the other.
The lake is literally in the back yard.Enjoy your coffee on the patio to get your day going or a sundowner with a view to wind down and relax. Washer/Dryer, blender/hair dryer etc plus Internet/Cable TV wifi. Child friendly.All major shops super close, the world is your oyster. Gyms, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants all within 3-5 minutes drive.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Please treat our home with respect and love as you would your home. You are welcome to use anything that is there. Family friendly but sadly no pets please.
Allow 20-30 minutes from Atlanta airport.
We accept reservations 3 months in advance for your convenience and ours. This assists in less cancellations and penalties. ENJOY!!!

From the initial inquiry to the final checkout, the owner was incredibly responsive, addressing all our questions and concerns in a timely manner.The home itself was well equipped to meet our needs, with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and amenties for entertainment.
