Das Apartment befindet sich in einer schönen alten Villa mitten in Lovran. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber, klimatisiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet.
Parken kann man direkt vor der Villa. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Weinranke lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Die Lage direkt am Meer und am Lungomare. Restaurants und das Zentrum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
