La limpieza y la ubicación, muy cerca del centro. Además el piso es muy amplio.

Apartamento espacioso, bien equipado y limpio. Anfitriona muy amable. Contar con plaza de garaje y ascensor directo es de gran utilidad.
El apartamento esta situado en una vía de mucho tráfico, especialmente pequeñas motos muy ruidosas. Debería mejorarse la insonorización de los ventanales que dan a esa calle.

La amplitud del piso, la smart TV y que tenía de todo; menaje de cocina, baño.. El parking fue un plus. Estuvimos muy cómodos.
El ruido de la calle desde la habitación de matrimonio y el olor al salir del alojamiento(creo que esto era más bien problema del alcantarillado de la zona).
