Convenient, but lacked cleanliness

The property has free parking and is very close to the center, which was very convenient. The host was also kind enough to allow us early check-in, which we appreciated.

The cleanliness was really disappointing. There were spider webs, the windows were very dirty, and overall the place just didn’t feel well taken care of. The facilities are also quite outdated, which added to the uncomfortable feeling. We stayed 5 days and only got fresh towels on the 4th day, which felt way too late. Overall, it was hard to enjoy the stay because of the lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

Visit Afitos and Villa "Kristi"

The host is very polite, the rooms and the area are very clean, it's near the beach, you can walk and you don't have to use your car. It's between 10-12 minutes walking to the nearest beach or just 2 minutes by car. It has a free parking for the guests, a nice blacony and the rooms have rustical touch, still equiped whith everything that is needed. Afitos is beautiful and Villa "Kristi" as well!

The property is very clean, comfortable, friendly hosts, beautiful garden, huge terrace, where we had breakfast. Small kitchen and fridge, AC, parking, location close to the center of Afitos (8 min by foot), but not in the noisy area.

Not as described

The location was good, close to the town center. Nice walking every night to and back from the restaurants and shopping areas. We had one of the upper rooms (no. 6) and that conferred a nicer view. Kris is a good host as he quickly changed the top stoves that went broken one after another as they were old and greasy 😔, because even though it was a cooking machine with oven in the room, it was not functional. Also, Kris sent to the wash an item we asked to be washed and he didn't ask for money for that.

The fridge was noisy, not clean and the freezer was full of ice, also situated near one of the beds, so you'd practically sleep with your head 30cm close to the fridge. The shower has an old and sticky curtain so you can imagine. We stayed for 7 nights and we never had the sheets changed or the room cleaned!! You take out the trash to a bin nearby. I had to dust and then clean the bathroom when we got there and I had to ask for the floor to be whipped. When you take the key out of the slot, when you go out of the room, everything stops inside, including the fridge, so no cold fruits or drinks when you return from the beach or wherever you go. The price for the room is unjustifiably too high as we paid and choosing this room here according to the ratings on booking.com and it's not what you see.

-location was good as it’s 10 min walk to the main town. We had a car and there’s loads of parking space -balcony was big -super clean place -friendly host -close to near shop

Peaceful and great service

Chris is extremely kind and helpful, he made us feel like at home. The location is perfect because it is quiet and peaceful but within walking distance to the town with many restaurants and the beautiful beaches. The room is fully furnished with everything you need for a good stay. The WIFi was very fast. And the parking place is so convenient.

The shower is a bit small and doesn't have a hanger, but you get used to it.

Hospitality on another level. Big thank you to the hosts that made sure we had a great stay and met all of our demands! Our room was exactly as in the pictures with a big lovely balcony! The location is about 5-10 minutes walk to Afitos town, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and only 2 minutes to the bus station. We would love to return one day!

Great stay for a peaceful vacation in one of the best places in Halkidiki, Afytos.

The villa is perfect for isolating yourself from the busy streets in the peak summer period. It is also very quiet and perfect for couples and families. I would definitely recommend.

Great staying!

The location is great, it is only 10 minutes walk from Afytos town. There is plenty of parking onsite. Rooms are basic, very clean with a small kitchen. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the spacious balcony. The host is SUPER kind and helpful.

Nothing It will be nice to have recycling bins outside to separate the plastic (to throw empty bottles of water, for example)

Un excellent séjour dans cet établissement.

La tranquillité des lieux, un vrai havre de paix. On entendait les oiseaux et les cigales chanter nichés dans les oliviers. Nous avons apprécié aussi la propreté de la chambre et le grand balcon. Et surtout le fait que Kristy soit à l’écart de tous les hôtels d’Afytos. De plus, la voiture est en sécurité. Et notre hôte est très gentil et à l’écoute. Je le conseille vivement.

Excepțional, plajă și stațiune de vis!

Locație excelentă, foarte aproape de centrul stațiunii Afytos. În 5 minute de mers pe jos de la locație se ajunge în centrul stațiunii, doar se trece bulevardul principal. Mare avantaj, proprietatea are curte unde se poate parca mașina gratuit și în siguranță. În centrul stațiunii este dificil de parcat, unitățile de cazare neavând parcări amenajate.La plajă se poate ajunge atât pe jos cat și cu mașina unde este parcare amenajată și este gratuită. Afytos este cea mai pitorească și plina de viață stațiune cu o piațetă fermecătoare atât ziua, dar mai ales seara. Gazda este foarte amabila, iar nouă ne-a fost de ajutor cu multe informații cat și cu un transport într-o altă localitate.
