Great location, easy to navigate, and well equipped.

Absolutely amazing place. I was initially disappointed that we couldn't find a great place in Jordaan but this location was perfect. It was an incredible experience and my teens will always remember staying in the upstairs sunroom. We loved having the kitchen and grocery store within easy walking distance. We only purchased one restaurant meal while we were there. Gorgeous views. We highly recommend.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and private. It felt bigger than the photos, and the kitchen/living space had a nice couch + seating area. The location was a 5 min walk to cafes and the busier town center - very quiet and close to anything you need. Coffee/tea/toiletries were provided, has all the basics. You can walk to the row of houseboats from 2 entrances (one entrance directly in front of this address), and Uber/Bolt found the location for pick-up easily as well. Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend this houseboat!

Our stay in the house was quite pleasant. The property is well-maintained and well-equipped.

The only problem inside was the humidity in the downstairs bedroom. The sheets were damp, and we woke up with wet hair. The location of the boat, however, leaves much to be desired. It doesn't seem at all safe and is badly frequented. The surrounding area is neglected in some places, like a landfill. Finally, after paying €50 for parking to leave our car safely, we also had a broken window. Terrible value for money. Paid parking was the first on the property’s recommended list, against the wall in front of the house boat “in a secure, enclosed space monitored by neighbors!” There was absolutely nothing in the car in sight. We know perfectly well that you can’t leave anythingh in sight if you want to avoid unpleasant surprises! We absolutely don’t blame the property for this, even though the host was immediately notified on the incident simply to find out Who could help us to have the glass on the seats removed.
