Lake/Beach Front Cottage on 200 Acre All Sports Lake in Harrison, MI. This Lake House has all your needs for a great Family Vacation! Very Clean, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Baths, 1 Kitchen, 1 Kitchenette, 2 Family Rooms, (Sleeps/Eats 12 Max), Parking for approx. 5 to 6 cars, Upper Deck with Majestic Lake Views, Pavilion & Fire pit located on Beach just steps away. Home is located on dead end quiet paved road. Boat Launch at the corner. Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms w/Queen Beds in each room & 1 twin pull out sofa in bedroom #1, Full Bath/Tub, Open Family Room/Kitchen with 52' Flat Screen TV/Wifi/Internet/Netflix, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Central Air, all kitchen utensils included (coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, blender, mixer, storage bowls/measuring cups) & kitchen table that seats 6 upstairs. A beautiful view over looking the water with a large deck & patio chairs. Lower level has 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, open family room with stunning views & 2 Queen size sleeper sofas, kitchen table seating for 6 with a breakfast bar seating for 2 additional people, large buffet counter for serving big meals, additional fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stand up shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, patio doors out to deck with gas BBQ grill and steps leading down to beach, covered pavilion with swing, patio table & chairs, fire pit, new lighted dock/bench for fishing and sandy water to play in. We supply all bedding linens, we also supply towels/hand towels/wash cloths, beach towels (you must wash all towels if used before check out) or you can bring your own towels. Outdoor games (corn hole, sand toys, balls/bats).
***There is a 3rdParty Boat Rental Available. We do not supply any water related devices or water crafts or water flotation devices. You are more than welcome to bring your own water crafts, flotations or boats***

We recently spent a week at this house. It is fantastic. We just wanted to relax and enjoy a week in a lake house. This place checked all the boxes. It's clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essentials. The location is awesome (2 minute drive to grocery store). It has a great view of the lake. We spent our days down by the water while the kids played, and we spent our evenings up on the deck enjoying the peaceful view. The owner is fantastic to work with. We highliy recommend!

Our family could not have been happier with this rental! There were 10 adults ages early 50s to late 60s. This place was immaculant! Wonderful location. Plenty of parking. We brought our own pontoon and the launch is basically right around the corner. Everything you could possible need as far as appliances, utensils, dishes, towels, linens etc. There were bald eagles and loons to watch as well as a random muskrat that was playing in the water one evening. Awesome fire pit, and fishing was great, as well as swimming and kayaking. I also can't forget to mention the lovely sunsets! I can't say enough good things about this place, it's a wonderful slice of heaven!
