Great location walking distance to the sea... lovely cafe and friendly staff

Nothing to not like

This is a decent hotel, great location, and lovely rooftop. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Towards the end of my trip in Peru as I returned to Lima I had a booking in a different hotel (4 star), but ended up cancelling it after one night, and came back to Boulevard, as this hotel was much quieter, staff were lot friendlier, and generally the place felt cosy with lots of plants. I liked the big windows, plenty of natural light, there's a small fridge, and a separate lounge/kitchenette area in the room. If I ever come back to Lima I won't need to look for a hotel. Thank you

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and most of the stuff was pleasant and helpful

The swimming pool was not temperate water The restaurant had poor service, took too long to prepared a simple order, and was brought in one by one instead of serving both order together, the waiter was not pleasant So we didn’t enjoy the pool or the restaurant at all and decided to eat out for the rest of our staying

The staff were lovely and very accommodating

Air conditioning didn’t work in the first room and then they moved us and the air kept tripping and was extremely noisy.
