Very Clean, FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD, Narragansett, Close to Bonnet Shores, THREE MILES to Desirable Narragansett TOWN Beach! 7 night min req during high season. (Take a surfing lesson & watch some of the best East Coast Surfers ride the waves!) The beautiful Rhode Island STATE beaches are also nearby! Seven miles to Newport Bridge & all that the Famous Newport Yachting Center has to offer! (Shops/restaurants/sail tours/Elegant Mansions). Visit nearby Historic Charming Wickford Village for shopping & dining. Nice Quiet Family Neighborhood. Three bedrooms: Upper level has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a Queen size Bed & 1/2 bath en-suite. one bedroom with two Single beds. Lower level has King size bedroom with full bath including shower en suite /King bedroom opens to adjacent family room with Queen size Futon. Home is bright & cheery and tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen. All linens, towels, beach chairs provided. Beautiful tile and hardwood floors throughout. Granite counters. A/C & Internet. Listen to the birds chirp as you relax on the large two level sun-deck. Large gas grill, table with umbrella & seating area around gas firepit on deck. Unwind around the Adirondack chairs and wood burning fire pit in backyard. Plenty of room to play Bocce or croquet in yard. Kayak on the nearby gorgeous Narrow River to beautiful Ocean Beach! Bicycle Rental within walking distance. Walk to Family Friendly Pub, Coffee Bar, Ice cream shop & diner. Walk to Narrow River and full facility playground with tennis and basketball courts nearby. Several beautiful BEACHES and GOLF COURSES in the area. Go Deep Sea fishing from the famous Galilee Fishing Village in Narragansett. Many opportunities for lovely walks to various waterfront locations with free access. Hiking trails nearby Ferries to breathtaking Block Island and Martha's Vineyard a short ride away. We would definitely recommend this Vrbo rental home. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and conveniently located! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood within a short driving distance to many of the RI’s beaches - you just have to chose which beach! It also has a few local (and very good) eateries, conveniently right down the road – including an ice-cream shop!This is a perfect house for a family. Are the grandparents coming with you?! Or an Aunt? There is a very nice set-up downstairs in the house for a grandparents’ (or extended family) option. The area is private, spacious and comfortable, with it’s own shower and bathroom, and even a sitting area. Very nice set-up.The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and many amenities (beach towels, chairs, washer, dryer, hair dryer, etc.) were made available. Great outside deck for a leisurely breakfast, and a spacious yard for the kids.The host was great, very responsive and helpful! Clear documentation was provided (on the website listing) as to what is supplied in the rental, as well as what is expected upon departure. We would recommend this home to friends and family (and strangers!) looking for a home base to vacation in a RI.

Both the host and house were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect choice for a URI graduation weekend. Spotless home, great amenities, perfect location and amazing hosts. Could not possibly have gone any better! Thank you Mary and I am sure we will be staying again soon.

Everything we needed for a week-long stay. Great location to use as a base to see Rhode Island's main points of interest. Mary's suggestions were spot on.
