Die freundliche Schlüsselübergabe , wenn auch in einem anderen Gebäude. Höfliche und ausführliche Informationen und das Starterpaket mit Informationen. Der Bringservice hat perfekt funktioniert. Bei Problemen wurde per WhatsApp schnell reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
Leider hatten wir nur die Information das die Wohnung über ein Treppenzugang erreichbar ist, aber leider nicht in welcher Etage sich diese befindet.

Die Lage des Ortes und der Unterkunft sind sehr schön und ruhig. Die Umgebung ist einfach sehr, sehr schön.
Es gibt keinen Lift im Haus, d.h. Gepäck muss unter Umständen zwei Stockwerke hochgetragen werden.

Die Lage war echt gut, man ist zu Fuß schnell beim Lift.
Leider waren die Kissen sowie Bettdecken verschmutzt. Nach reklamieren haben wir neue Kissen bekommen. Lichter im Gang haben nicht funktioniert. Außenbeleuchtung hat ständig geleuchtet daher hatten wir ein Problem mit der Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer.
