Good value for money. Clean and about an 8 Minute walk to the gondola

We had to ask for the light in the living room to be changed as it wouldn’t go off at night. Not a lot of knives and no oven. Just a kinda microwave

Great place to relax in the mountains, only great impressions

Great location with complete isolation from the hustle of civilization. There’s a small shop nearby for essentials and even a kindergarten. We bought a Wild Pass and explored all the trails around in a week. Stayed with our dog – no issues at all. The kitchen and fridge are fully equipped, and there’s even a nice BBQ area for those who enjoy grilling. The host was very kind and welcoming, helped us a lot, explained everything, met us late in the evening, and even showed us the way.

No serious complaints – everything was clear and well-communicated in advance. For first-time visitors, it would be helpful to know exactly what’s included in the welcome kit, so you don’t end up buying a full pack of dishwasher tablets, soap, shampoo, wipes, and other items you could easily bring from home.

Quite spacious place, small but nice kitchen. Fridge again small, but it all (just) fitted in it. Nice the magnetron is grill-magnetron. Nice there is a balcony, wonderful place to sit early in the day or once the sun has passed in the afternoon. Also, down in the green we had great time under the trees playing card games. Very quiet place. Absolutely gorgeous to walk and hike around.

One of the pillows was really very flat and low Q. Paying for the bedlinnen is mandatory, so this cost should be included in the price, and not charged separately.

The location was good and host came himself to hand over the keys

There was no lift to go upstairs and the kitchen lacked microwave also, no fans or air conditioning so felt bit hot. Few mosquitoes came in at night as there were no mesh windows or doors to block their way.

Very good

Nice, clean and spacious appartment, nice mountain view. Excellent beds and double bathroom (small but effective). Nice balcony and freely accessible garden on the ground floor. Very nice and modern kitchen.

Some things did not function well (some lights, television). The owner would do a good job to replace some of the lights by energy saving LED. The hallway at the entrance is a bit narrow, it would be good to have a place for the shoes.

Good location, nice view

We stayed for one week at Alpenhaus Montafon. The building is situated in a quiet and nice location. From our apartment, we had a wonderful view to the mountains! The apartment was very clean and spacious, the kitchen well equipped, We arrived late in the evening, but the manager made the check-in easier for us. Definitely worth the price!

The apartman is in a nice quiet place, lots of possibilities for hiking, all visible places in room looked clean

Not visible places like underbed were dusty so do not drop anything there. Final info for getting the key did not come so I needed to call for it after waiting half an hour. Online check in was miserable via the suggested web site, I had to get an account first, for that I had to read 100 pages of conditions an giving my consent to them all even to items I could not agree as had no other chance. I hope no one will bombard me with spams... The conditions for additional services and charges were different then the ones given in Booking.com, however at least the Booking.com conditions wer kept, it is just annoying. Additionally had to install a mobile app to get the operators contact. All in all the check in was pretty much impersonal. The suggested paying method (on site) was not possible as had no personal contact.

Beautiful location and facilities. Would stay here again with family in future. Very relaxing area.

Clean facilities and well maintained. Staff we communicated with were friendly. Surrounding nature was great.

The reception was closed when we arrived at our planned check in time. We waited a half hour or so and the cleaning ladies showed up outside and told us where we were staying and where to get key (Reservation said apartment N, but this wasn’t where we ended up staying).We were later informed the reception is closed in non-winter seasons.

Nice hotel in the heart of Gargellen

The hotel is rather close to restaurants, shops and ski lifts, but still in a quiet location with awesome view on the mountains. We managed to book in a very fair price.

We were surprised that there isn’t local reception anymore. We have been before, so we knew the facilities, but some new comer guests were quite lost.

Ein Urlaub zum abschalten.

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort, deshalb war fast alles geschlossen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allen nötigen ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Urlaub war trotzden schön, die Landschaft dort herrlich. Würden wieder hinfahren.

Einziges Manko waren die Rauchmelder im Flur, die sich ab und an bemerkbar machten.

Passable Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Lage war echt gut, man ist zu Fuß schnell beim Lift.

Leider waren die Kissen sowie Bettdecken verschmutzt. Nach reklamieren haben wir neue Kissen bekommen. Lichter im Gang haben nicht funktioniert. Außenbeleuchtung hat ständig geleuchtet daher hatten wir ein Problem mit der Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer.

Die Rezeption lag St. Gallenkirch, das Zimmer in Gargellen. Aus der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich, dass der Schlüssel in St. Gallenkirch abgeholt werden muss. D.h., wir sind nach Gargellen, um dann telefonisch gesagt zu bekommen, dass der Schlüssel in St. Gallenkirch abgeholt werden muss. Schlechte Kommunikation. Was viel ärgerlicher war, war die undurchsichtige Preisgestaltung für einen Appartementwechsel über den Anbieter „Pferd auf Wolke“ und ließ einen faden Beigeschmack zurück. Wir wissen bspw. nicht, ob die Kurtaxe/Übernachtungssteuer zweimal abgezogen wurde (1x über Booking inklusive, 1x separat für das neue Appartement ausgewiesen) oder was sich wirklich hinter den abgerechneten 387,98 € für eine Nacht in der ursprünglichen Unterkunft verbirgt. Wir baten deshalb noch einmal um Klarheit, was wie berechnet wurde, welche Kosten über Booking beglichen wurden und ob die Kurtaxe doppelt berechnet wurde. Der Versuch eines klärenden Gespräches vor Ort brachte keinen Erfolg, eine schriftliche Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet. Über Booking wurde ursprünglich ein Apartment über „Pferd auf Wolke“ für den 07.07. - 13.07. gebucht. Preis 698,98€ inklusive Wäschepaket und Übernachtungssteuer. Dieses Apartment entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen sollte nach einer Nacht getauscht werden. Die Anfrage erfolgte an „Pferd auf Wolke“. Das Angebot weißt weitere Zahlungen für Kurtaxe aus. Über die ursprüngliche Booking-Buchung bereits Übernachtungsgebühr bezahlt wurde. Also doppelte Abrechnung. Für eine Nacht in der ursprünglichen Unterkunft, die nicht den Vorstellungen entsprach, wurden 387,98 € berechnet. Der Geschäftsführer vor Ort konnte uns nicht erklären, was sich dahinter verbirgt. Für das Wäschepacket, eine Reinigung und eine Übernachtung mehr als die Hälfte des ursprünglichen Preises? Das alles hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack.

Die Raumverteilung war gut. Toll war, dass in unserer Unterkunft Parkettboden verlegt war und dass es einen Balkon gab. Die Lage war sehr schön.

onthaal! Ik was off-line (probleem met gsm) en de receptionist bleef er maar op hameren dat ik alle info via mail gekregen had... Kamer gelijkvloers terwijl ik een kamer op de verdieping geboekt had. Dezelfde receptionist was erg onvriendelijk en hield vol dat ik een kamer gelijkvloers geboekt had (ik reis alleen, dus moet dan s nachts verplicht met gesloten raam slapen; ik let hier bij de reservatie dus altijd goed op. Achteraf hoor ik van mijn buurvrouw in de accomodatie dat ze mensen met honden altijd deze kamer geven...)
