The location is beautiful. The apartment was spacious with a great view of the Mediterranean.

The apartment was a premium price, but it had a 2nd rate, chintzy vibe. -The interior was clean but the waterside balcony could have been cleaner.....i.e. bird poop on mirrors, walls and table. -The street-side balconies were filthy; full of leaves and dust -It was a two week reservation for two persons but the apartment was totally lacking in very basic amenities: - Two bath towels, two bath mats and two hand towels in the entire apartment for two-weeks! - No hand soap, bath soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. - No laundry detergent to wash towels - No hot water in the kitchen - Missing face-plate on the microwave - No iron in the apartment, but the property managers kindly delivered an iron on day 2. - Inconvenient key return policy. I had a 4am airport pickup on the last day, but I could not leave the keys in the apartment. It was a 12 minute round trip walk to drop the keys off at the real estate office at 3:45 in the morning. -This was my third year staying at Pointe Croisette in mid-May, but this was the first time that I had a problem with mosquitos. Every morning, the bedrooms would be full of fat, bloody mosquitos with mosquito bites on our heads, neck and arms. The AC's did not work, so we slept with the windows open. I'm not throwing this property or anyone under the bus, but know what you are getting.
