Very convenient, right at train station!
Only thought is to offer scooter or small ev cart rental with room price. Final part of walk is very steep requiring most average people to stop a time or 2 to catch wind. Perhaps offer one room rate w/o a ride up option and a couple chf higher room rate w/ride up or buy fleet of 3-5 scooters for rent for stay duration?

Wengen is beautiful! The apartment is old but functional. The views from the apartment were good.
Many houses are on narrow unpaved roads. Also the roads incline quite a bit so walking becomes a workout. This one is on a serious incline and with unpaved roads so keep that in mind. There is a taxi service you can avail when you have luggage. The apartment is barebones with a really old kitchen.

Size of rooms. Facilities and location was close to the centre of the village.
Could do with another armchair or similar as there is not enough seats for 4 adults to relax after a day out and about, only room for 3 adults on sofa.

Children liked the bump beds..comfy. Lots of space in the apartment. Great shower.
Double bed was very uncomfortable. No WiFi or TV.
