A organização, localização dentro do condomínio e o conforto e tranquilidade que senti nos dias que passei lá. Recebi todo o suporte necessário da anfitriã e não enfrentei nenhuma dificuldade para me instalar.

AP com tamanho bom,De frente pra piscina ótimo !
Poderia fazer uma manutenção no chuveiro,foi pessimo para tomar banho. A cama tb foi desconfortável ! Mas o lugar é excelente e o AP com ótima distância para praia.

Para acessar é ótimo, à beira da estrada, pavimentada. Em relação à praia, vale a pena ressaltar que a costa logo à frente do condomínio é a foz de um rio. o Ariquindá. Banho de mar mesmo é +/- a 2,5 Km dali.
A piscina é enorme.
