Brig City Apartment

This apartment was a perfect home away from home and my mom and I were very happy staying here! Host Gaby is very kind, communicative and professional. The apartment is beautifully appointed, modern design, with all the necessities for a perfect stay - spacious and clean as a pin, a fully functional kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and a collection of condiments. It’s not often you have the luxury of a clothes washer (token operated), balcony, super deep tub plus separate shower and second separated toilet. It’s in a residential block so nice and quiet but super convenient to walk to shopping/restaurants/station/Old Town. I highly recommend - 5 STAR stay!

In der wunderbaren, hellen, ruhigen, bestens ausgerüsteten Wohnung konnten wir unsere Ferientage echt geniessen. Sehr gut am öV gelegen, super Ausgangslage für unsere Walliser-Safari: Riederalp, Belalp, Zermatt, Goms etc. etc. Dem Besitzer herzlichen Dank für ALLES, besonders auch für den warmen Empfang und die gute Wohnungs-/Geräte-Instruktion!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable stay. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all tools needed and the friendly host greeted and picked us up from the station. Supermarkets are nearby and excellent views of the mountains from all windows of the place. We had quite a memorable stay and we thank the host for that.

Nothing significant

Being right next door to an Aldi Supermarket was very convenient. The secure undercover parking was great. The views from the balcony to the mountains would be hard to beat. The WiFi was good and quite fast. It was about 15 minutes to walk to the station as well as a bus stop out the front of the building. There is a full sized kitchen with all the necessities and utensils for cooking. The apartment is very well set out, with two separate bedrooms. The host Gaby, kindly supplied a welcoming bottle of wine, which was appreciated.

The bed, although new, was very firm and supportive but it had little comfort. The pillows were not at all comfortable, being lumpy and too large. A washing machine is available but there is a 5 CHF charge for 90 minutes of washing time. The lateness of check-in and having to wait for the host to arrive, after a long drive.
