About this house rental
Spooky Channel Villa is named after one of Roatan's famous dive and snorkel sites, situated a short swim or snorkel straight off of our private dock. Diving and fishing the boats will pick you up right off the end of the dock. Both the house and the dock have outdoor fresh water showers for your convenience.
The Villa is right on the beach on the north shore of the island which highlights nice breezes and amazing sunsets. The hammock and comfy chairs on the patio offer the perfect spot for eating, relaxing, and taking siestas! A cold water dipping pool also enhances the patio.
The Villa has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and separate bathrooms. The living room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Internet and WIFI are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker and has a full set of dishes, cups, utensils, etc.
While a car isn't necessary - cabs and buses are easily accessed at the end of the neighborhood road - there is a driveway directly at the Villa. Shops, restaurants and bars are about 10 minutes away.
A private chef can be arranged to come and cook for you via Vanessa...let us know if interested.

This is a nice property in a quiet area right on the water but needs some TLC. When we areives, there was a dirty mop on the porch as well as old nails and chipping paint.
