About this villa rental
Typical villa of Tunisian cape, dwelling in first position seaside completely renovated while retaining the original character.
Your stay will be unforgettable between surrounding nature, wide sandy beach to infinity and absolute calm of a house of character very comfortable.
Ideally located on the edge of one of the most beautiful beaches of Tunisia (blue flag label), between Maamoura and Tazarka, in the region of Nabeul. The villa is proposed in whole housing.
The villa is typical of the region and has direct access to the sea located 200m without vis-à-vis crossing the lagoon (wet protected protected area).
Indeed the house is stone with vaulted or single vaulted rooms, bathroom type oriental hammam with bathtub in Roman bath style, living room with fireplace, natural stones of the region in decoration on bars and beams.
The area is protected, depending on the time of year, it is not uncommon to observe friendly neighbors (flamingos, different species of migratory birds, wild ducks, hares etc ..). The house is ecological and respectful of nature (the visitor guide communicated to guests will give you more details).
Fishing is allowed on the beach, the location is ideal known for a sea full of fish making a fishing spot for the savvy (beach daroufa).
The villa of 130m ² is located on a plot of one thousand six hundred sqm, consists of a large living room with bay window overlooking the sea and with a nice fireplace to use in winter, an open kitchen on the living room fully equipped, 3 bedrooms (2 large double beds and two bunk beds, orthopedic mattresses) and a bathroom.
The villa contains a separate and equipped studio (double bed + shower room with WC and shower + kitchenette), or two additional independent beds. It is not rented alone for exclusive use of the property to guests of the villa. Can be made available for more privacy on request.
The exterior is arranged in several zones:
1) Swimming pool area with its terrace: Infinity pool 4 x 9m with a paddling pool (40cm deep) for the happiness of the little ones. The pool is treated with natural salt in electrolysis (to avoid allergy to chlorine). The terrace includes parasol, chairs and outdoor table and two loungers.
2) Barbecue area, outdoor kitchen and bar adjoining an outdoor shower room with WC and shower.
3) Large landscaped gardens: Grass, jasmine, bougainvillea, roses, ficus, olive trees, lemon trees, palm trees etc. (the renovation is recent, the trees are young to provide enough amber). An organic vegetable garden is installed at the back of the house providing seasonal fruit and vegetables for free picking.
4) A roof terrace offering an exceptional panoramic view of the sea
5) Indoor parking for 3 cars.
Amenities available: Two TVs with satellite channels, internet -Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, crockery and cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, swimming pool, air conditioning, barbecue, garden table and chairs.
Leisure facilities: Baby foot, library (books), Bluetooth portable speaker, board games, fishing rod.
Security: Caretaker 7/7, 24/24 (on request), mosquito screens for all windows, first aid kit, poolside buoy, alarm with smoke detector, video surveillance.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans une villa magnifique très bien équipés, meubles de qualités , literie top, jeux pour enfants, chaine de TV en français, le jardin et la piscine sont grandiose, la villa est au bord de mer, le propriétaire est aux petits soins, reste en contact et fournis tout les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un séjour agréable. très bien organisé. la villa est somptueuse. Seul point noir de notre voyage l’accès a la villa dû à la route principale en travaux qui nous à provoqué quelques sueurs froides. De plus la piste qui amène à la villa en cette période est un peu dégradé. ceci est indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire. hormis ce point je recommande +++ la villa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
La villa est top est située sur une très belle plage. Nous avons alterné entre la très grande piscine et la mer transparente !
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Walid qui avait été en relation avec nous pour nous conseiller les endroits à faire, les restaurants et durant la durée du séjour pour prendre de nos nouvelles.
Enfin, nous avons pu chaque soir visiter les villes environnantes non loins de la maison.
