We stayed at the facility for four nights and the host was very responsive and prompt with his responses. The instructions to locating the apartment and keys were very clear. The rooms were spacious, location was very convenient - we walked to the city.
The instructions about disposing of used tissue in the bin rather than flushing were surprising and unfamiliar to us. Additionally, the provided waste bin was quite small, and we weren’t sure whether a bidet-style alternative was available. Clearer guidance on why tissues should not be flushed and a larger receptacle would improve the guest experience and understanding of the unique situation.

Riz Apartments gave us a great, relaxing stay in Kyrenia. The service is brilliant - excellent, speedy communication leading up to our stay and throughout. The pool is great but what makes Rix really special is having Bar Duck, on site, which gives the whole place life and a chilled vibe. The location is fantastic - it's in a relaxed, almost boho neighbourhood, just 20 mins' walk from the bustling, beautiful harbour area. I really recommend.

The apartment was very good. The location was not on the sat nav and was an enclosed compound which was an issue for being taken and picked up by taxis. The wifi was very poor and the electricity was cut off for an hour. The aircon was very good and we were provided with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, cold water machine and many other utilities which made up for the wifi and sat nav.
