Exceptional in every possible way. Hosts Franck and Stefan went out of their way to help and to make our stay the most beautiful we could have imagined. My husband turned 80 that day and I had let them know ahead of time. Birthday streamers on our door, a specially bought little cake, a happy birthday card and a wrapped present. A precious book dating back to 1937 about an international exhibition on arts and technology in Paris. We were overwhelmed to tears! In addition our washing was done, water bottles cleaned. An excellent breakfast. The accomodation itself next level. The stunning renovated manor house dating back to the 1600’s. Exceptional artifacts adorned every corner. We have been travelling in France by bike for over 2 months. Manoir de La Gravette is by far the best.

A generous friendly welcome… made to feel relaxed. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely room, very comfortable. Pool and garden were great after our day’s cycle. Frank even laid out plates etc in garden with wine for our supermarket supper and his breakfast was delicious. Thank you both.

The ‘Manoir’ was superbly restored and furnished in keeping with its history.
The host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted.
Lovely breakfast. Nice swimming pool and bathing towels provided.
