Location is great! Plenty room for big groups, balcony with bbq, the staff were great letting us check in early as we had a 4 year old with us. Room were spacious and good storage, everything was suitable for big groups.

Beds were very soft and some of the pillows had nothing left of them, informed the property of some things when we keft- fittings and fixtures either missing or loose, the place is in need of some tlc. The oven was also in need of a deep clean!

Great balcony, loved the pool table

No WiFi was problematic, and the tv requires internet

House was good plan with lots of room & a great size kitchen

noticed low maintenance on the house as we had a leaky shower head. A few blown or missing light bulbs. Sticky tape was holding a light diffuser on a fan light above the pool table. Pool table que tips all broken/ missing bar one. No chalk also for the pool table. End recliner lounge was broken. No soap holder in the upstairs shower so soap had to be left on the floor. Mice also stayed with us and we had to catch one & boot it out at 3am. Oven was clean but when we used it it smoked badly & we saw a pool of oil on the bottom... once this was cleaned off the smoke reduced & burned off. Both Bottom bathrooms & toilet exhaust fans were so noisy you could have needed ear muffs.
