Die Hotel ist gut gelegen. Der Eingang ist etwas abseits, aber es gibt einen kleinen Transferwagen, der die Hotelgäste zum Hotel bringt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, frisch und war recht gut. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat meine Bitte oder Frage, wird einem umgehend geholfen. Das Bett ist bequem und man kann gut darin schlafen.
Im Zimmer selbst ist die Qualität teilweise nicht so gut. Das Waschbecken war verstopft, in der Dusche waren die Bodenplatten teilweise lose. So ganz sauber geputzt war das Badezimmer auch nicht.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pullman especially because our room was very well-designed, spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and the location ideal for exploring Kaifeng.
