A perfect stay and we will return again next year for the Fiera!

Location wa perfect for our visit to the Fiera di Sant'Orso. It was easy to arrive and to park in the garage very close to the hotel. The Hotel is three steps away from the main square and enter of Aosta. The staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated extras for us in he reading room. The bed vey comfortable and the view of the mountains from our window beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with many homemade cakes and a wide variety of selections. During the busiest times in the morning a little crowded but we were never in a hurry.

Beautiful Hotel Close to Aosta City Center

The Duca D'Aosta Hotel is located very close to the center of Aosta. Our room was nice sized with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern. The desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We reserved parking with the hotel at a underground lot across the square from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer.

We couldn't stay for breakfast the day that we left, we wished that we could have.

Beautiful hotel with great location and public parking

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The receptionist was very kind, and communication in English was excellent. The location couldn’t be better – just a few minutes’ walk away there is a popular café with great coffee and pastries.

The only downside was the public parking. It was quite difficult to find a spot since there was a festival of board games going on in the city, and the whole town was very lively. The parking machines didn’t work either, but luckily we discovered an app, which turned out to be very convenient to use throughout Italy.

The hotel is well positioned very close to the city center, large room (triple) and large bathroom, with nice furniture and an elegant "old stile" appeal. I did not try breakfast but it looked gorgeus. The desk staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and parking place.

This is more a personal preference, but the bed was quite firm for me, did not find it comfortable, and the pillow really flat and hard too. I did ask for a softer one (maybe feather pillow?), but it was not available. Aosta is certainly a costly city, but the price for value at this hotel was not at top.

Great hotel, lovely staff

The location of the hotel was excellent. The train station was very near and the city centre was there too. There was a food and culture fair going on and it was a awesome time to be there to sample all the food from the region. We had great recommendations from the hotel service and they even book the lunch place for us. Great food, great service and lovely people. Would come back again to try skiing at the mountains. 😀🥰

Really nice hotel and great location

Really good location, near the centre with all the stores and restaurants. There’s a parking in the same street and you can ask the hotel to book a spot for your car. The rooms are really good, spacious and new. Bathrooms are big, too.

There’s no ramp to carry the bags inside.

I paid for breakfast when I booked the stay and was asked to pay extra for it on arrival. We reported the towel heater in the bathroom malfunction and no one bothered to fix it.

Terrible. Worst ever

Avoid. Rude staff, noisy room, no air con as advertised. Despite paying for breakfast, we got charged an extra 68 euro for breakfast after we had it. Truly a Terrible experience.
