MaPatagonia Hostel Casa Historica

Lovely rustic, cabin-style hostel with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and amazing staff. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well looked after. Lovely living room area, and heaters placed around the property. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

- Nice cozy hostel in a beautiful historic house with big garden. - Dorm of 4 beds with privacy curtain on lower beds only. Power points near each bed. Fire stove heating. Big locker with lock provided. - Shower cabins are large and convenient. Clean bathroom and toilets. Towel provided. - Good location, a little bit uphill from town center and lake (5-10min walking) - Free tea (Coffee from bean to cup is 500 pesos) - Good wifi

- No individual light in the dorm - The towel was really old and rough - For foreigners, you must pay at check-in in chilean pesos with cash or us dollars with credit card (not debit) to avoid the 19% tax.

We had such a fantastic experience here at MaPatagonia Hostel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming; it felt like you were a part of a family. The rooms are cosy with very comfortable beds. There are lovely areas that you can chill in (in front of a fire on a sofa) which we loved! The kitchen is a fantastic space to cook in and has everything that you need. Also we have never seen a hostel be cleaned so frequently and thoroughly. Just a brilliant place to stay and we would recommend it here!
