A very comfortable bed in a nice hotel, but a noisy experience.

The bed was very comfortable, an important feature in a hotel room! Staff were friendly and helpful, and even arranged for me to have breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate an early departure. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Good wifi service.

The walls are very thin! You can hear every conversation in adjacent rooms, not to mention bathroom use, every door and drawer opening and closing. Light sleepers will definitely need ear plugs. The ambiance for dinner was also not very nice, as there was a table of 20 people, half of whom were kids under 10, set up right in the middle of the dining room. It was extremely noisy and chaotic, and every other table in the restaurant was affected. Maybe a private room, or at least a table in a corner, for noisy groups?

Bell'hotel nel cuore di Lanzada, personale molto gentile, mi hanno dato una camera più grande del previsto, che risulta essere pulita e ben arredata.

Niente di particolare in negativo, forse un pò scomoda la disposizione del water e si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più a colazione.

Colazione completa compresi prodotti senza glutine, Bella posizione in fronte alle montagne con ampi spazi interni. Parcheggio agevole

Alcuni dettagli della camera: non funzionava il phon e il water non era ben saldato al pavimento.

Tra i monti e il verde

La struttura è gradevole, ben tenuta e accogliente. Si trova vicina a Chiesa in Valmalenco e circa ad una 1/2 ora dalle partenze di molte escursioni. La vista attorno è molto bella. Personale molto cortese ed attento.

Forse se proprio dobbiamo trovare un “difetto” orario della colazione : chi cammina in montagna preferisce fare colazione presto; le 8 e’ un po’ tardi.. noi siamo scesi alle 7.45 e gentilmente ci hanno fatto accomodare!!
