Fabulous apartment, co.f

Spacious apartment with lovely area to sit out and relax. The pool was brilliant and offered amazing views.

Good place with a friendly host

Good breakfast (had to be bought separately), good communication with the host. Very nice views to the sea.

The room did not have hand soap, but the host provided it after we asked. The bed was quite firm, so if you like soft beds, maybe not the best option. The bed did not have blankets, but it wasn't a problem during the summer. The towels were really small, but did the job anyway.

Harmony, peace, beautiful surroundings - a wonderful rest.

The apartment is located in a beautiful place, close to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are lovely people :) The swimming pool is sunny, the water is clean and very warm. Fantastic place worth recommending, we will definitely come back.

Distance from the nearest shop but it was not a problem, we traveled by car.

Great studio with beautiful seaview and a nice pool. Amazing hosts, less central location.

The studio was very clean, bed and pillows were comfy, kitchenette was ok. Host were super nice and helpful. The pool was clean. Seaview was amazing.

It can be a bit loud from the people of other apartments and it is located a bit outside of Seline so not really walking distance plus you have to walk on the road.

Everything was good :)

Location was great, pool was clean everyday, free parking, great view and friendly owner :)

Recommendation would be to put a sign that property is close, because it’s a little bit hard to find, but only first time :) Also if you don’t speak German or Croatian, you will have to use google translater, because owner speaks very little English, but it’s also not a problem :)

Everything was has announced. Great pool and view. Staff always available. The other guests always respectful and nice. Great place to spent a calm and great vacation.

Very good

The view is amazing, the apartments are extremely clean and there is attention to detail for every comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and eating - the hosts are discrete, but very helpful. I was traveling with 2 small dogs and they offered to close the ground floor patio, so the dogs may roam freely.

Not properly linked- the street to arrive to the property from the Main Street is a dirt street, not asphalted yet.

We didn’t want to leave :) The room is very comfortable and very very clean. Swimming pool is very nice and big. Very relaxing atmosphere and the owners are really nice. I recommend this place to stay.

Mixed feelings

The location of the accommodation was good, the beach was ~100m away (5-10 min walk). The room was nice, clean and well equiped with a good landscape view (to the sea). The pool was very good if we no longer wanted to go ashore. The place is full of with cats which were very friendly.

Unfortunatly, it had some problem with city's water pumps, which is cause a massive water problem to the accomodation. Everyday has a 1-2 hour period when absolutly no water in the rooms (and it was very unpleasant when the water went off during the shower...). The owner had tried to compensate our "damage", but it wasn't the same (especially that we had be dealt with this problem, which was very galling)

Superb

Pool is fun and clean, beach is 5 min walk and ia really empty, for hikers mountain trails are close enough as well. Contact with owners was great, we took 3 different rooms to fit into the schedule and they made it happen on our request.

No shop around /not cause by apartment of course/ which makes you drive the car around for food and shopping.

Un viaggio da rifare

Struttura molto accogliente, proprietario sempre disponibile anche nel risolvere piccole diatribe. Ottima posizione per chi desidera relax, ma più importante a parer mio molto accogliente con animali da compagnia e spiaggia con accoglienza animali a pochi passi, non abbiamo mai avuto nessun problema di nessun tipo riguardo a quello. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e speriamo di ritornarci anche L’anno prossimo. Ultima cosa consigliato la cucina e il tutto fare del proprietario che a richiesta è in grado di soddisfare ogni tua esigenza, sia a livello culinario che non. Consigliato al 100%

Peccato per lo scarico della doccia che si ingorgava facilmente, ma nessun problema, si riesce a risolverlo autonomamente

Super ophold.

Fantastisk udsigt (vi boede med balkon ud til poolen) til pool palmer bjerge og havet. 3 mins gang til egen privat stenstrand. Med lille badebro. Poolen som var skinnende ren men dog ikke opvarmet den var hundekold. Dobbeltseng ok. Fin afstand til mange restauranter hyggelig marked og havn. En bil er et must. Optimal lejlighed / værelse hvis man er to personer.

Ekstremt lille køkken, vanskeligt at lave mad. Ingen ovn. Lejligheden var meget lille og er mere bare et hotel værelse. Plads til 4. Ved opredning. Gæste seng virkelig dårlig. Vores datter valgte havehynder på gulvet fremfor gæstesengen. Vi byttede endda en enkelt nat og ja den ER virkelig dårlig. Vi boede her 4 overnatninger og det er rigeligt. Meget lidt plads at komme mellem sengene på (ca 30 cm) så det resulterede i nogle skinnebens og lilletås slag.

Zeer oncomfortabel

Lekker zwembad, er was een hekje om ons eigen terras af te sluiten (voor ons kind van 1,5 jaar)

Beide airconditionings waren stuk (1 helemaal niet werkend, andere koelde niet). De eigenaar wilde hier aanvankelijk wat aan doen maar dit lukte niet, achteraf bleek er een andere kamer te zijn. Dit hoorde wij de volgende dag nadat we hadden aangegeven dat slapen in 30graden + met een klein kind niet te doen was. Er was een babybedje aanwezig zonder matras en beddengoed, ons kind van 1,5 jaar sliep dus praktisch op een harde plastic onderlaag en sliep dus niet. Toen wij dit aangaven bij de eigenaar was er geen begrip. Toen wij aangaven eerder weg te gaan werden wij op een vervelende manier gedwongen om het gehele bedrag te betalen in cash, ondanks dat wij echt geen service hebben gehad. De kamer en de kitchenette zijn veel kleiner dan de foto’s suggereren. Tot slot zijn de eigenaren Duits en spreken zij ook alleen Duits. Als niet-Duitser voel je je niet zo welkom. Het lijkt alsof de eigenaren vooral zelf vakantie willen vieren, het komt niet professioneel over, er is geen begrip voor comfort van de gasten.

Izredno prijetno pod Velebitom

Čudovita namestitev. Izredno čisto. Prijazni lastniki. Apartma opremljen z vsem, kar potrebuješ za udobno bivanje. Vzdrževan bazen z razgledom. Dodatna ponudba s strani lastnika (hladilnik s pijačo). Dovolj parkirnega prostora.

Lokacija je zgolj dobro izhodišče za Paklinsko riviero. V naselju razen namestitve ni nič dogajanja. Potrebuje se avto ali vsaj kolo za raziskovanje okolice in trgovino.
