custom built 3.5 bed/1 bath Cape on picturesque Webb Pond in Eastbrook. This cottage is located on 5 private acres and has direct water access. Conveniently located to nearby major shopping/recreational areas of Ellsworth/Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. The 40 ft. deck allows for great BBQs and relaxing. Skylights throughout the house allow the sun to shine through and an elevated cat walk in the main living room allow for a birdseye view of the pond. This house is perfect for families with its full kitchen and dining area.

Beautiful very well kept cabin with private beach and everything needed for a peaceful stay and fishing. Loved waking up to the singing of the brown thrush and hermit thrush. Gorgeous sunsets on the beach next to the fire to top off the day. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A great getaway on a quiet lake. The house had all the amenities desired and was well stocked. Loons, Eagles, large bass, calm waters, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our family of 7 enjoyed it thoroughly.

We had a great week on Webb Pond, fishing was great, the camp is off the beaten path but close to Ellsworth and Acadia is about 1 hr away. Very peaceful spot.

John's property is located in a blissfully quiet neighborhood overlooking a quiet lake (no power boats or loud neighbors!). John and his dad were superb hosts, and even treated us to a lobster dinner one night! The kitchen/dining area was a great place to gather for games and meals, and the deck at sunset was relaxing. The beds are a bit smaller than advertised (one was maybe closer to a full size?) and the lake is very reedy, so not great for swimming (but the dogs didn't mind!). Groceries and the town are about a 20-30 min drive and Acadia is about 45 to an hour away. Overall this is a great property for a group of friends or family looking for a hang out spot, or for a tranquil respite from noisier places.
