The location is perfect. Grocery stores are just around the corner, and the apartment is very close to the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and more modern than many other options. Stable and high-speed WIFI was much appreciated since I was on a business trip and worked from the apartment some days.

Lack of maintenance is a common issue in many apartments in Rio, and this apartment was no exception. The main issues were water leaking from one of the shower cabinets onto the bathroom floor, drawers were missing in the kitchen, and the hot water supply was unstable.
