Keys were exactly where they were supposed to be. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed with necessities. We found the information booklets helpful.
There was white mold growing on the dark brown ceiling in several spots and the apartment didn't smell great. The apartment was clean overall, however, minus the mold issue.
