Our stay was pleasant and the host helpful on activities and train/boat schedules.

They have a beautiful and relaxing garden to set in. I recommend doing the Spiez Circle hike. This route circumnavigates the entire town and gives you a great overview of the area. I broke it down into three legs so as not too get overly exhausted, but I’m older now and don’t run like when I was twenty. The host was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with and learn from.

Beautiful place to stay! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything! It was so beautiful. Access was easy, just rang the bell and the owner came out to greet me and show me around the place. Explained how everything works and offered further assistance if I needed it, just to contact via chat. The owner even asked if I needed an umbrella and bought me two options. Quick response to my messages via online chat. Huge comfy bed. The place was always so warm when I returned after a days adventure out in the cold spring days. It was very clean. And best of all it was so peaceful.

We just had a fantastic stay here. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare light meals for our family of 3. The location is excellent right by Spiez train station, on-site parking was included and the view is absolutely stunning coming into the driveway. Huge thank you to Bettina who was such an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again next time we visit!

Very good

After having shortly visited tourist overcrowded Interlaken, I was very happy we had booked this accommodation in quiet and beautiful Spiez. It's a nice modern apartment with good facilities. The host was very helpful with giving hiking suggestions.

There was still food of a previous guest in the fridge. Some things I had booked the apartment for were missing e.g. toaster, oven, microwave. I came across them in a storage in the hallway to the apartment. Compared to other comparable apartments on our trip this was 50% more expensive, but still for the Jungfrau region one of the most affordable options.

Hidden Treasure

Very clean, updated and quiet place. Close to train station. Hostess very accommodating and friendly. Room has everything one needs. Plus the option to add massage and sauna to the booking. Would definitely stay there again.

the property was quiet, private, and a quick fairly level run to the train station. The shower was super!

Great little local getaway

The room was amazing, very spacious with a sliding door that goes out to the garden. The shower was separate from the bathroom which I liked and the room had direct access to the amazing sauna which the owner had installed herself and was kind enough to let me use once I arrived. The host herself is very great to communicate with pre arrival and is easy going.

It was all to my taste! Though I can see how some people may not be used to having such an open room.

Location is one of the best you can get if you want to experience rural Switzerland. View to lake Thun is really beautiful, one time we saw a huge raibow over the lake, garden is amazing and apartment is very clean and welcoming. The host is also really nice and oferring to help with anything that you would need.

The host is super nice, always available and helpful. Also, besides the road to the entrance, the appartement is super close to the central station 🚉

1) The room does not have wifi (it is available only in some specific spots). 2) The shower is in the middle of the room with no doors - it will be more appropriate for couples rather than friends! 3) The room is not isolated and any type of noise (including normal talking) could be annoying for the neighbors! 4) The appartement is in a very good location but the way to the entrance is not very busy and the road is dark! 5) The appartement was a little bit cold as the heater was still not on.

Schöner ruhiger Ort

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Man braucht auch nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof oder dem nächsten Supermarkt, also eine ideale Ausgangslage, um schnell zum Wandern zu kommen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, proaktiv und reagierte sehr schnell auf Anfragen.
