Location

Television didn't work. Kitchen window didn't open. House was dirty and shabby. Bathroom had mold. No towels or hand soap. Beds were old, hard and smelt of dampness. We were very disappointed and left early. There's seems to be different houses from the same company. Maybe some have been redecorated. Ours was 14A, so avoid if you can.

Great place for holidays !

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home apartment! It was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. One of the highlights was the on-site playground. Our kids absolutely loved it! The shower was fantastic too – great water pressure , which was a real treat after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the prepay meter for utilities, which was a great way to monitor our consumption and keep track of energy usage during our stay. The holiday home manager was very polite and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, the apartment had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend it for families !

10c Moore Bay Kilkee...

The scenery around Kilkee.

We paid nearly €1300 for one week, and this is what we got at 10c Moore Bay... NOT READY UPON ARRIVAL!!! FLOORS SOAKING WET AND SLIPPERY UPON ARRIVAL!!! FILTHY DIRTY HOUSE THROUGHOUT BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE !!! NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED OR CARED FOR WHATSOEVER!!! (not even a toilet roll left when we arrived) The list is endless.! Photos sent of same, but no reply/feedback from management/owner as requested.!! AND...saorview (FREE) TV glitching and/or NO SIGNAL as well as hanging off the wall .!!! Couldn't attach all photos below. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this property to anyone unless it was fully renovated! Would like to be refunded the total amount we paid.

Location was perfect for lovely walks, the property and surroundings were very clean and family oriented.

The mattress on the beds were the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on.

Kilkee is fabulous and I will return next year. Moore Bay is a good location and we had lovely helpful housekeeper who I contacted via text

I felt I was over charged - in previous years the rate for a house in Kilkee was around £850 for 7 nights and the price this year was £1200 for 6 nights plus 5.30pm check in time on arrival. In our case we were allowed to arrive early - thanks to an understanding housekeeper. Property was clean - we could smell that bleach and disinfectant had been used in cleaning. Though the cleaning did not hide musty smell of house. Showers were very poor and in particular main bathroom shower was inadequate for a family. House felt shabby and run down and in a general state of disrepair - it needs some investment. There is limited kitchen equipment and handle of saucepan fell off when I used it. I would book elsewhere in Kilkee next year as this house is not at the standard I would expect.

The kitchen and living area we spacious and equipped with most of the essentials for cooking etc.

The TV was not working at all for our entire stay and little effort was made to rectify that. The fact that it was expensive to rent the property for the weekend and that the electricity was not included in the price was a bit of a rip off. The bedside lamps were either not working or falling apart. I feel it was not value for money
