The apartment is in a gated secure estate with free car park adjacent to the beach. It is spacious and modern, with a roomy balcony to sit on from which you can see the sea. Good communication from Isobel made it easy to meet her , gain access to the apartment and settle in. From there it is a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and the amenities. Security is very good, and the apartment is light, with lots of windows.
Most of the apartment was very clean, unfortunately the kitchen was not. A minor issue was the shower, the head of which had a rest aperture on the mixer bath tap, but none on the wall, so if you wished to shower standing up you had to hold the shower head. Both matters can be easily addressed to improve this already impressive apartment.
