While booking, free airport shuttle service was offered. Tried several time contacting the property to confirm the flight details via Booking.com however didn't receive reply at all. In the end, we had to get a e-hailing car from airport heading to the property. After some clarification the property agreed to send us to the Bus Terminal days later without extra charging. Other than that, other criteria met our expectation during our stay.
