Mixed bag of experience
Great location near to everything. Nice and clean property with great amenities like well stocked kitchen, washer and tumble dryer. Had nice evening drinks on the terrace against the beautiful backdrop of mountains.
You must be mindful of 10-15 steps you need to climb with luggage since the lift doesn’t go to the top floor. One of their staff helped us while checking in but during the checkout we were left on our own. It’s not mentioned in the property description on booking.com. Also they ask you to sign their T&Cs with some ridiculous clauses such as sweep the property clean, remove all bed linens, duvet and pillow covers, put all the dishes in their place etc., stacking in the dish washer doesn’t count, while checking out. In case you have an early morning flight, keep 30-40 min spare for this task. Wondering why do they charges us for cleaning if we need to do all this stuff on a holiday. Also the first interaction with the receptionist’s wasn’t great. Rest of the staff were great though.
