Comfortable room with onsen though limited view from bath in room. Helpful staff.
The hotel feels a little tired and dining room is very institutional with tables which are too large for purpose.

Staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful. Location is close to Oboke Gorge & the dock for the sightseeing boat.
The corridors smelled musky. The bathroom was tight with a small sink; the faucet for the sink was the same one used to fill the bathtub which was inconvenient. The kaiseki dinner menu had many inaccuracies.
