The location is beautiful, especially the outsider part, the pool and the greenery around it are magical. A great place to relax after an early wake up to climb Lion's rock at sunrise.
Rooms are also nice and clean and spacious.
Breakfast could be improved a lot both in food options and presentation.
Communication was quite difficult with most of the staff, except for the hotel manager that was pretty fluent.

Canopy tree house was wonderful. Good size pool. Super views. Kind staff but inexperienced
Manager was abrupt and defensive. There had been communication breakdown between owner and manager

Location was super. Big pool.
Villa room was clean but very dated. One cheap kapok pillow per person. Verandah not cleaned in 3 days there.
