Reception service 24/7, always smiles & and is happy to help. The room was clean and functional. Marcus surved us in good spirit super avocado toast and great coffee for our breakfasts. The location is very comfortable. Price was fare.

It's a good location just a short walk to Kennedy Park. There are many restaurants and pubs around. The staff was nice
When I booked I requested a low bunk bed to which I got the answer that they will accommodate my request, however at the arrival there were no low bunk beds available. I fully understand that this request usually depends on the availability but someone checked in the low bunk bed just a few minutes before me. Don't accept the guests' requests when you can't OR DON'T WANT to meet them. The guy from the reception tried his best but offering me another room for an extra charge was not really the option. Also the bathrooms in the room were all very filthy and the shower had broken head so there was hardly any pressure on the water.
